Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå has appointed four new partners as of September 1st 2022: Pär Johansson, Gabriel Zsiga, Oscar Anderson and Mikael Bolling.

Pär Johansson started his career at Gernandt & Danielsson in 2006 and has extensive experience working with private and public M&A, equity capital markets, as well as commercial agreements and corporate law in a number of different sectors.

Gabriel Zsiga has been with the firm since 2011. He started his career focusing on EU and competition law, but today primarily works with corporate law and transactions within equity capital markets, private M&A and private equity.

Oscar Anderson has worked at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2012. His expertise includes private and public M&A, IPOs and equity capital markets, as well as providing commercial and corporate law advice to clients mainly within the tech and software sectors.

Mikael Bolling has extensive experience advising arrangers as well as borrowers within debt finance, including leveraged finance, sustainable finance, high yield bonds, asset backed lending, direct lending and distressed debt. Mikael has been with the firm since 2018 and has previous long experience working at a bank and another law firm.
