Who’s Who Legal has released its 2023 Commercial Litigation rankings for Sweden, and partners Björn Tude and Daniel Waerme are ranked as Recommended and Future Leader, respectively.

Björn Tude co-heads the dispute resolution practice group together with Daniel Waerme. Björn specialises in dispute resolution and acts as counsel for Swedish, foreign, and multinational corporations in disputes across a wide range of business areas and industry sectors. He also frequently serves as an arbitrator.

Daniel Waerme specialises in dispute resolution and acts as counsel in commercial litigations as well as domestic and international arbitrations. In addition to counsel assignments, he also sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
