The Board of the Association for Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market has appointed a new Chairman and four new members to the Swedish Securities Council. Partner Fredrik Palm is one of the new members as of 1 January 2024.

Fredrik has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2007 and Co-heads the firm's Corporate/Capital markets practice group. He has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of private and public M&A, equity capital markets, and private and venture capital investments and divestments in a number of different sectors. Fredrik also has extensive experience in providing day-to-day advice to listed and other companies ranging from securities law and corporate law issues to commercial contracts, as well as in running multi-jurisdictional transactions.
