Björn has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 1994 and co-heads the firm’s dispute resolution practice group together with partner Daniel Waerme. Björn specialises in dispute resolution and acts as counsel in commercial litigations as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. He has served as counsel for Swedish, foreign, and multinational corporations in disputes across a wide range of business areas and industry sectors.
