Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Storskogen Group AB (publ) (“Storskogen") in connection with an issue of corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 1.25 billion. The bonds have been admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in Storskogen’s SEK 1.25 billion tender offer in relation to Storskogens outstanding bonds 2021/2025.
