Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ) has today been listed on Nasdaq First North Premier.

Evolution Gaming is a leading B2B provider of Live Casino systems in Europe. In Live Casino, a human dealer runs the game in real time from a casino gaming table which can be seen via a live streaming video link. The Evolution Gaming group today employs approximately 940 full time employees whereof a majority is based in Latvia and Malta.
In connection with the listing existing shareholders have sold shares for approximately 1.2 billion SEK and undertaken to sell additional shares up to 15% of the total amount of sold shares through an over-allotment option. The price in the offering is equivalent to a valuation of Evolution Gaming to approximately 2.9 billion SEK.
Carnegie is acting as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner and SEB is acting Joint Bookrunner in the IPO. Gernandt & Danielsson and Latham & Watkins (London) are legal advisors to Evolution Gaming and Advokatfirman Hammarskiöld & Co are legal advisors to the Joint Bookrunners.
