New partners elected at Gernandt & Danielsson
Björn Svensson, Corinne Ekman and Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman have been elected as partners at Gernandt & Danielsson.
Björn Svensson has worked at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2005, while Corinne Ekman and Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman joined the firm in 2007.
Björn Svensson is primarily involved with financing, capital markets and company law. Corinne Ekman works primarily with private M&A, commercial agreements and company law, while Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman focuses on equity capital markets, public M&A and real estate-related transactions.
All three new partners have extensive international experience both in client matters and through so-called secondments. Björn Svensson has worked at Slaughter & May in London and East Capital in Moscow. Corinne Ekman has been on secondment with Ericsson. Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman has worked on secondment with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London.

The election of Björn Svensson, Corinne Ekman and Caroline Jägenstedt as partners is effective from 1 September 2015.
