Gernandt & Danielsson advises Nordstjernan in connection with Momentum Group's recommended public offer to the shareholders of Swedol. The offer consideration consists of a cash alternative and a share alternative consisting of new shares of series B in Momentum Group. Nordstjernan, which is the largest shareholder in both companies, has, subject to certain conditions, undertaken to accept the offer and elect the share consideration alternative.

The shares of series B in Momentum Group and Swedol are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The shares of series A are not listed.
