Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Dentalum Operations AB:s (publ) (the "Company") issue of corporate bonds in an initial amount of SEK 300 million within a framework of SEK 600 million due in 2023.The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing acquisition facilities, finance acquisitions and payments of earn-outs and to finance general corporate purposes. The Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
