Gernandt & Danielsson advises in LeoVegas AB:s (publ) (the "Company") issue of corporate bonds in an initial amount of SEK 500 million within a framework of SEK 800 million due in 2023. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt and to finance general corporate purposes including acquisitions. The Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
