Gernandt & Danielsson advises Nynas AB in connection with an oil inventory monetisation arrangement with J. Aron & Company LLC, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs.

The arrangement is an important step in Nynas' current Swedish company reorganisation. Nynas is one of the leading manufacturers of specialty naphthenic oils and bitumen products, which are used for the production of roads, roofs, transformer oils, lubricants and numerous other everyday objects. The Nynas network consists of four refineries, which are complemented by a string of supply depots and sales offices located around the globe.
