Gernandt & Danielsson advised Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) in entering into new loan facility agreements in an amount of SEK 880 and 350 million respectively, with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) och AB Svensk Exportkredit (publ). The agreements are linked to specific sustainability key performance indicators (KPI), where fulfilment of certain pre-defined sustainability performance targets results in positive alterations of the interest rate on annual basis. The sustainability KPIs regard the group’s GHG emissions in relation to net sales, as well as a reduction of work-related incidents in relation to net sales. The loan facility agreements have been established in accordance with the Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles published by APLMA, LMA and LSTA
