Gernandt & Danielsson advised in Heimstaden AB's (publ) issue of bonds in an amount of EUR 400 million, within a framework amount of EUR 700 million.

The bond proceeds are intended to be used for investments in Heimstaden Bostad AB and general corporate purposes.

Heimstaden has undertaken to list the new bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised the company with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson, senior associate Mikael Bolling and associate Sebastian Sandén.
