Gernandt & Danielsson advised Ratos AB (publ) when entering into a revolving credit facility of SEK 1 billion and a tenor of at least 3 years with a smaller club of Scandinavian banks.

Ratos is an investment company. The company’s business concept is to own, invest in and develop mostly unlisted medium sized companies in the Nordic market. The portfolio includes, among many other companies, Plantagen and KVD Bil.
