Gernandt & Danielsson advised Storskogen Group AB (publ) in connection with the IPO and listing of the company’s B-shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The B-shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 6 October 2021. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and certain institutional investors were invited to acquire B-shares in Storskogen at a value of approximately SEK 13.4 billion (approximately SEK 15.4 billion if the overallotment option is exercised in full). The price per B-share in the offering was SEK 38.50, equivalent to a pre-money equity value of approximately SEK 56.4 billion.

Storskogen is a fast-growing owner of small and medium-sized enterprises and has a track record of successful acquisitions. Storskogen has more than 200 portfolio companies in 21 countries and around 7,000 employees.
