Gernandt & Danielsson advises the founders of and minority investors in Sambla AB (“Sambla”) in connection with the sale of shares in Sambla to Nordic Capital Fund X (“Nordic Capital”). Sambla is a comparison service for personal finance in the Nordics with 125 employees and partnership with over 40 banks. The transaction is carried out as a step in the combination of Sambla and Advisa AB to create a leader in online comparison services with Nordic Capital as the new majority owner.

The parties have agreed to not disclose the terms of the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
