Gernandt & Danielsson advises in LR Global Holding GmbH’s issue of corporate bonds in an amount of EUR 125 million due in 2025. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt. The Company intends to list the bonds on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market and, within twelve months from the issue date, apply for admission to trading of the bonds at the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
