Gernandt & Danielsson advises Nordiska kreditmarknadsaktiebolaget (publ) (“Nordiska”) in its issue of perpetual additional tier 1 bonds in a total amount of SEK 100 million. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Nordiska intends to apply for admission to trading of the new additional tier 1 bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
