Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Nyfosa AB’s (the ”Company”) issue of green corporate bonds in an amount of SEK 1 billion issued within a total framework of SEK 2 billion. The Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Company is a transaction-based and opportunistic property company based in Sweden. As of 31 March 2021, the value of the Company’s property portfolio amounted to approximately SEK 30.6 billion with a leasable area of approximately 2,471 thousand square meters. The Company’s shares has been admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm since 23 November 2018.
