Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Seafire AB’s (publ) (”Seafire) issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 200 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 300 million. Seafire has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at the Corporate Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Seafire is a group within industry, trade and services that acquires and develops smaller companies in Sweden. The company was founded in 2016 and its portfolio consists of six companies and had a pro forma turnover in 2020 of approximately SEK 325 million.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Seafire with a team consisting of Partner Mikael Borg as well as Associates Camilla Hedner, Simon Wetterholm and Jakob Forsell. In addition, Pareto Securities has acted as financial advisor to Seafire.
