Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Stockwik Förvaltning AB:s (publ) (the ”Company”) issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 75 million issued within the existing framework of SEK 450 million. After the issue, the total outstanding amount under the Company’s bond loan amounts to SEK 375 million. The Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
