Basalt Infrastructure Partners, through Ride BidCo, announced on 13 December 2021 a public offer to the shareholders of Nobina AB (publ). The offer values Nobina to approximately SEK 9.3 billion. The board of directors of Nobina recommends the shareholders to accept the offer.
