Gernandt & Danielsson has advised OX2 AB (publ) on its IPO and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market.

OX2 develops and sells wind and solar farms. OX2 has taken a leading position in large-scale onshore wind power over the past 16 years and has developed and sold approximately 2.5 GW in Sweden, Finland, Poland and Norway for clients such as Allianz, Ardian and IKEA. The first day of trading in the company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market was on 23 June 2021 and at the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was SEK 16.4 billion.

In connection with the listing, Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised OX2 in the negotiations of a SEK 1,200 million green revolving credit facility.
