Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Pierce Group AB (publ) on its IPO and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Pierce is a leading and fast-growing European e-commerce company selling gear, spare parts, accessories and streetwear for motorcycles and snowmobiles. The first day of trading in the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was 26 March 2021 and at the time of the listing, the market value of the company’s shares was approximately SEK 2.5 billion.

In connection with the listing, Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised Pierce in the negotiations of a SEK 300 million revolving credit facility.

Gernandt & Danielsson’s team has primarily consisted of Partners Carl Westerberg, Gustav Skogö Nyvang and Sofie Viktorsson (financing), Senior Associate Gabriel Zsiga as well as Associates Simon Wetterholm (financing), Anna Johnsson, Filip Persson and Dena Dervanović.
