Gernandt & Danielsson advised International Personal Finance plc in connection with its issue of senior unsecured notes in an amount of SEK 450 million under its EMTN programme.

The note proceeds are intended to be used for refinancing previously existing notes and general corporate purposes.

International Personal Finance plc has undertaken to list the new notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
