Gernandt & Danielsson advised Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) in entering into a new sustainability-linked credit facility agreement in a total amount of SEK 600 million with Nordea. The agreement is linked to specific sustainability key performance indicators (KPI), where fulfilment of certain pre-defined sustainability performance targets results in alterations of the interest rate on annual basis. The sustainability KPIs regard the group’s GHG emissions and reduction of work-related incidents in relation to net sales.
