Neqst has acquired a minority stake in Netlight Consulting AB (publ) in connection with a reorganisation of the company.

Netlight is an IT and management consulting company with over 1,700 employees with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Zürich and Amsterdam.

G&D advised Neqst with a team mainly consisting of partner Carl Westerberg, senior associates Mikael Bolling (financing) and Rasmus Perdahl and associates Joel Ståhl, Erik Källman (financing) and Kajsa Sundklev (financing).
