Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Arte Collectum AB in the establishment of the Swedish AIF fund Arte Collectum I AB (publ) (the “Fund”). The Fund’s focus is the acquisition and management of paintings, photographs, artworks and sculptures with strong indications of future value growth within the next 5–10 years. The Fund is a private banking product in the premium segment and its units are listed on the Nordic AIF at Nordic Growth Market (NGM).
