Gernandt & Danielsson has together with Dittmar & Indrenius advised Aspo Plc in connection with its acquisition of Kobia AB from Abdon Group. Kobia is a leading full-range supplier in the confectionery and bakery market in northern Europe and had a net sales of approximately SEK 500 million in 2021. The transaction also includes several real properties owned by Kobia.
