Gernandt & Danielsson advises Emilshus in connection with an offering of the company’s B-shares with a subsequent listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. The offering is aimed at the general public in Sweden and certain institutional investors and consist of B-shares with a total value of up to MSEK 627 (MSEK 756 if the overallotment option is exercised in full). In connection with the listing of the B-shares, the company will also carry out a list change of Emilshus’ existing preference shares to from Nasdaq First North Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm.

The estimated first day of trading in the B-shares and the preference shares on Nasdaq Stockholm is 13 June 2022.
