Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Calligo (UK) Limited’s issue of corporate bonds in an amount of EUR 50 million, within a framework amount of EUR 75 million.

The bond proceeds shall be used to refinance existing debt, finance acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

Calligo has undertaken to list the new bonds on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Open Market) and within twelve months on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
