Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) in connection with an issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 250 million within a total framework of SEK 1,000 million. The company will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises in the company’s repurchase and early redemption of its existing bonds 2019/2022.
