Försäkringsbolaget PRI Pensionsgaranti, ömsesidigt has divested its business operations relating to administration, bookkeeping and accounting for pension foundations, mainly connected to entrepreneurial companies, through the divestment of all shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary PRI Stiftelsetjänst AB to Meriti AB. The operations are under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
