Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Seafire AB (publ) in its written procedure and issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 100 million under the company’s outstanding senior secured bonds framework with ISIN SE0015245758. The outstanding amount under the bond loan following the bond issue amounts to SEK 400 million. The net proceeds will be applied towards general corporate purposes including capital expenditures and acquisitions.
