Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) in connection with an issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 400 million within a total framework of SEK 1,000 million. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be used in accordance with Emilshus' green framework and the company will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson has also advised the company in connection with a private placement of preference shares in the company through a directed share issue of approx. SEK 150 million. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors as well as some professional private investors.
