A Genesta fund has divested its part in the retail park Solåsen Handel to a Niam fund. The divestment includes a property company and indirectly three commercial properties with approximately 36,000 square meters lettable area and 22 tenants (among others K-Rauta, Leos Lekland, XXL, MediaMarkt, Rusta and Dollarstore (the store is under construction)).
