Gernandt & Danielsson has advised ADDvise Group AB’s (publ) (“ADDvise") in connection with an issue of corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 1 billion and with ADDvise’s internal reorganisation which was carried out in connection with the issuing of the corporate bonds. ADDvise will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in ADDvise's early redemption of the existing bonds 2021/2024.
