Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Storskogen Group AB’s (publ) (“Storskogen") in connection with an issue of corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 2 billion. Storskogen will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in Storskogen’s tender offer and early redemption under outstanding bonds 2021/2024.
