Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastighets Aktiebolaget Trianon (publ) (”Trianon”) in connection with an issue of sustainable bonds in a total amount of SEK 150 million with a total framework amount of SEK 500 million. Trianon will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in Trianon’s tender offer to the bondholders of the existing bonds 2021/2023.
