Gernandt & Danielsson advises Humble Group AB (publ) on its private placement of shares in the company by a directed new share issue of MSEK 875 and its entry into loan commitments for a new credit facilities agreement of MSEK 1,650 with the option to increase the loan amount by MSEK 300.
