Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ) (”MTG”) in connection with its acquisition of a 70% majority stake in Snowprint Studios AB ("Snowprint") with options to increase the ownership to 100% over time.

MTG is an international gaming group that owns and operates gaming studios with popular global IPs across a wide range of casual and mid-core genres. Snowprint is a leading developer of mid-core tactical game experiences with offices in Stockholm and Berlin with the popular games Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, Legend of Solgard and Rivengard.
