Gernandt & Danielsson advises Compactor Fastigheter AB (publ) (“Compactor”) in its issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 350 million with maturity in 2025. The bonds are issued under a framework amount of maximum SEK 1,000 million. Compactor has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm Corporate Bond List.

Compactor mainly invests in real estate related assets, primarily through its subsidiary Fastpartner AB (publ). The shares of Fastpartner AB (publ) are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Large-cap list.
