Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Catena Media plc ("Catena Media") in connection with the sale of Catena Media’s Italian online sports betting and casino business to two different buyers for a total purchase price of EUR 19.8 million to be paid in three tranches. The divestment concludes the strategic review carried out by Catena Media since May 2022.
