Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Molindo Energy AB ("Molindo") in connection with its investment in Nanosized sweden AB ("Nanosized").

Nanosized has developed a patented technology which enables the extraction of nanopure water for the purification of wafers used mainly within the semiconductor industry. Nanosized has also developed a technology for measuring the purity of liquids that can measure impurities down to 0.25 nanometres.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Molindo with a team consisting of partner Oscar Anderson as well as associates Joel Ståhl and Holly Karlander, assisted by partner Foad Hoseinian (FDI).
