Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Rusta AB (publ) in connection with the IPO and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on 19 October 2023. In connection with the listing, the general public in Sweden and certain institutional investors were invited to acquire existing shares in Rusta at a value of approximately SEK 2.0 billion (excluding the overallotment option). The price per share in the offering was SEK 45, equivalent to a valuation of approximately SEK 6.8 billion.
