Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in Stockwik Förvaltning AB:s (publ) (”Stockwik") issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 350 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 500 million. The proeceeds from the bond issue will be used to among other things refinance its existing bonds.
