Gernandt & Danielsson advises Nordnet AB (publ) (“Nordnet”) in its issue of CRR Additional Tier 1 (AT1) and Solvency II Tier 2 capital notes in a total amount of SEK 300 million having a perpetual maturity with a first call option after five years. The notes are the first of its kind as designed to fulfil the requirements as Additional Tier 1 capital under CRR and Solvency II Tier 2 capital.
