Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Catena Media plc ("Catena Media") in connection with the sale of all assets in Catena Media’s UK business and all shares in the group’s wholly owned Australian subsidiary for a total of EUR 6.0m to Moneta Communications Ltd, a leading UK-based sports betting affiliate. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2023.
