Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) in its entry into a SEK 2.7 billion credit facilities agreement under a club deal with Nordea, SEB and Svensk Exportkredit as lenders which refinances Fasadgruppen’s previous credit facilitates and increases the group’s total available credit facilities with approximately SEK 600 million. The credit facilities agreement consists of credit facilities in a total amount of SEK 2.7 billion, comprising a revolving credit facility in an amount of SEK 1.6 billion and two credit facilities in a total amount of SEK 1.1 billion.
