Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Novedo Holding AB (publ) (”Novedo) in its issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 250 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 1,500 million. Novedo has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Novedo is an industrial group of B2B companies in three segments – Industry, Infrastructure and Installation & services. Novedo has an active acquisition strategy and the target is to continue to grow with qualitative companies and through organic growth.
